Netra Capital and a team of partners acquired 32 acres of high potential commercial land parcel in Spring, TX on W. Mossy Oaks Road near Grand Parkway. The property is in close proximity to the 385 acre Exxon Mobil Houston Campus. The area is booming with residential and commercial development in recent years and Netra Capital was able to secure this steal for investors in early 2019.
Netra Capital proposed to develop the property in two phases. The first phase of acquisition was completed in summer 2019 with fifteen investors.
Development of phase 2 will open up for a 2nd round of investment call in 2021.
